libtabe - libtabe is a library which provides useful Chinese functions/routines that can deal with fundamental elements such as pronunciation(BoPoMoFo), character frequency, word identification, word frequency. It also comes with a large free word database.

- Lingua::ZH::Romanize::Pinyin
- Lingua::ZH::Romanize::Cantonese
- Lingua::Han::Cantonese
- Lingua::Han::PinYin
- Unicode::Unihan - The Unihan Data Base 5.0.0，有一段关于粤语的支持描述，使用jyutping romanization。主要的功能就是查各种文字的读音，很标准的实现。注意其中Unicode数据库版权问题。这应该是最佳选择。
- PerlIO::via::Unidecode - 也是Unicode的一个实现，但好像没有上面那个功能强，也没有看到粤语的支持。
